KATAKLYSM

For nearly three decades, the melodic death metal collective with roots in the U.S. and Canada, KATAKLYSM, has unleashed powerful waves of sound worldwide. On August 11, 2023, the band released their fifteenth studio album, Goliath.

Following the success of Unconquered (2020), the band took extended time to develop new material. Rather than the usual two-year album cycle, this time they spent three years perfecting it. True to its title, Goliath is an aggressive and confrontational work, born from personal challenges:

“There’s a lot of rage, but also a lot of darkness in this record; it reflects the current state of the world,” says Maurizio Iacono.

“Goliath is an album that questions what’s happening globally and within society itself. Do you agree with what you see?”

Recently, they released the single “The Rabbit Hole”, showcasing their signature blend of intense melody and raw energy — a call to awaken, question what is told to us, and not accept imposed narratives passively.

VADER

Never content with rest, VADER has forged an unstoppable history over 37 years. From playing fierce thrash under Poland’s communist regime to signing with UK label Earache Records, and touring globally after the fall of the Warsaw Pact, the band led by Piotr “Peter” Wiwczarek knows no limits.

Their sixteenth studio album, Solitude in Madness, reaffirms their approach: speed and power remain the engines of VADER’s fierce and polished death metal.

BLOOD RED THRONE

The Norwegian death metal kings, BLOOD RED THRONE, have dominated the scene for almost three decades. Their twelfth album, Siltskin, was released via Soulseller Records. The band was founded by Daniel “Død” Olaisen (guitar) during his time in Satyricon in the 1990s. In 2013, original drummer Freddy “the Shred” Bolsø returned, and Ivan “Meathook” Gujic has been on guitar since 2010. Stian “Clammy Hackett” Gundersen joined on bass in 2018, and Sindre Wathne Johnsen took over vocals in 2023.
